How do I place an order?
If your item comes in different sizes or colours, carefully choose your correct size or colour choice before clicking " Add to Cart"
You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.
Can I purchase multiple products in a single order?
Yes! You can choose as many item(s) as you want, just click "Yes, I Want It Now" and go back to the product page you are interested in and click "Yes, I Want It Now" on that item as well before proceeding to "Enter Shipping Address" to finalize your order.
Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?
Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Immediately after placing your order, you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process. Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.
PickyDoo partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas via our partnership with USPS. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking). We offer international shipping options too, free of cost - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

We offer FREE international shipping. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 11-21 business days for your order to arrive. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside the US may take up to 30 days). We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us.
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy added ease of use.
Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.
By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest and most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

What if I need to modify the contents of my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 2 Hours after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at Support@PickyDoo.com if you are unable to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
My Item Arrived Damaged?
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customer’s report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please reach out with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
